A.D. Peterson is actually Andrea Peterson. I am working on my first novel, set in the stunning Scottish Borders. I fell madly, deeply in love with the Borders on a visit there. There is a rich, fascinating history to the Borders that is unique. I would call the area the "Wild, Wild, West of the UK". Fast forward a couple of years and I found myself in desperate need of a creative outlet from my really good office job. So, I decided to write a love letter to my Scottish Borders. I've always loved the great Agatha Christie - her use of red herrings and surprising plot twists never gets old. She's one of those authors I can read again and again, always seeming to find something new I hadn't noticed before. And as everyone who knows me will tell you, I do love me some British Crime Dramas - especially those set in scenic rural areas.
