Ann Dávila Cardinal is a Puerto Rican, Vermont-based author with eight books, including magical realist novels The Storyteller’s Death and We Need No Wings, the upcoming punk rock thriller Hear The Dead, four young adult novels, a middle grade biography of Latin trap artist, Bad Bunny, and short stories in several anthologies. She has an MFA in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and teaches in the University of San Francisco’s MFA in Writing for Young Readers. She is also a part time bookseller and powerlifter.
