Clare Monteschio writes mystery fiction with teeth: small‑town secrets, Sonoma history, and endings that don’t waste your time. An designer by day and a crime writer at night, she’s obsessed with the way places remember what people forget. Her work follows sharp, stubborn women digging into the past—and the trouble that digs back. She lives in Northern California and is currently writing the her book.
