Biography

A former NPR producer, I am currently a freelance journalist writing for Bethesda Magazine and other DC-area outlets. I spent more than 15 years living and working overseas as a Peace Corps volunteer and then a diplomatic 'trailing spouse,' living in Nepal, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, and Tanzania. I have two sons, one of whom was adopted from Vietnam and who in part, inspired my first mystery, which I am in the process of revising.
