Biography

I'm a former crime reporter turned at-at-home dad turned true crime thriller podcaster. While I have published non-fiction books for Seal Press and Simon and Schuster, I am leaning into my real passion: true crime thrillers. But with a twist. I write and perform Crime Adjacent, the never-ending true crime story told weekly. Imagine what happens if your favorite character from your favorite thriller jumped off the page and started a podcast, and you can follow along weekly as each new chapter in the story unfolds. That's Crime Adjacent. Hosted by serial killer survivor "Chase Patrick," the show has already uncovered the identity of the Rest Stop Killer and is currently investigating the Michigan Nightstalker. I split my time between San Francisco and La Quinta, listening to audiobooks and murder pods in between.
