Biography

Amy Camille Doyle grew up and lived the majority of her life in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York State. Reading mysteries was always a pleasure-filled escape from the busy life of a working-mom. After thirty plus years as a human services professional, mainly in Child Protective Services, an investigator, supervisor, state trainer, newsletter and article writer, sought-after work-shop leader, conference presenter, and director, she put her creative energy and life-time experiences into writing her first novel, “SPF 1500: You Are Protected, But You’re Not Safe”. Ms. Doyle has a BA in Liberal Arts and a Masters in Adult Learning. After spending six months living and exploring in Edinburgh, Scotland, she now makes her home, with her husband, Craig, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
