Originally from Chicago, I received my bachelor's degree in French from DePaul University. During college, I was a model and actress, represented world-renowned agency, Elite Model Management. After graduating, I moved to Paris for seven years, first working as a model/actress, English teacher, and translator for movie subtitles, then became an award-winning film production executive. After returning to the States, I earned my finance and accounting certifications and held CFO positions in Silicon Valley during the dot-com era. Then I returned to Hollywood as a finance executive, notably as CFO of National Lampoon.
