The author of the “Jake Lassiter” and “Solomon vs. Lord” novels, Paul Levine has won the John D. MacDonald Fiction Award and has been nominated for the Edgar, Macavity, International Thriller, Shamus, and James Thurber prizes. His forthcoming novel, “Midnight Burning” (2025), is the first of a series of thrillers featuring real-life friends Albert Einstein and Charlie Chaplin. He also wrote twenty episodes of the CBS military drama JAG and co-created the Supreme Court show “First Monday” starring James Garner and Joe Mantegna.
