Biography
Marcy Lane is a late-blooming novelist whose fiction explores resilience, found family and second chances. Her debut, A Mercy of Widows (2023), presents an even-handed reflection on assisted dying wrapped in a courtroom drama with themes of love, loss and second chances. She’s now writing the Eh! Team Mysteries, a cozy series set in fictional Erie Bluff, Ontario. An army brat turned Lake Erie local, Marcy shares her cottage with two opinionated dogs and a she-shed full of art supplies—and believes messy moments make the best stories.
