Biography

CJ McGroarty is a former reporter for The Philadelphia Inquirer with an MFA in Creative Writing and a Pushcart Prize nomination. Her stories have been published in a variety of journals and magazines. Her debut novel, Clara in a Time of War, set during the American Revolution, was published in 2022 by Atmosphere Press. Her supernatural mystery, The House on Chambers Road, is forthcoming from Literary Wanderlust. She has also taught college writing and English.
