Biography

Anne-Marie Campbell is a former French professor living in Southern California. A member of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime, she writes mysteries that plunge readers into the heart of Paris, where deadly secrets simmer in skull-lined catacombs, smoky cabarets, and bougie catwalks with killer couture. Her short fiction appears in Killin’ Time in San Diego (Bouchercon, 2023), Angel City Beat (Sisters in Crime LA, 2024), and LAXtras: Los Angeles-style Crime Stories (November 2025). She loves flavoring her novels with French wine, cheese, pastries… and merde alors – French swear words, too.
