Anna Dalhaimer Bartkowski's curiosity about her family's history began age when she realized she had fewer grandparents than her peers. She discovered she had more relatives who had passed away before she was born sparked a passion for genealogy. She delved into her ancestors' lives, determined to uncover and share their stories. After Marquette University, Anna worked in newspaper advertising. However, a move to Arizona reignited her love for family history research. She traces her family to the Russian villages of Mariental, Louis, Reinwald, Rosenfeld am Nachoi, and Balzer, with origins to 1699.
