Janet Alcorn is a medical librarian who launched a lifelong dream by Googling, “how to write a novel,” on a slow afternoon at work. Since that inauspicious start, she’s drafted two novels and published short stories in the Deathlehem horror anthology, the Storyteller Series podcast, the Trouble in Tucson anthology, and the Arizona Authors Association annual literary magazine. She also blogs and appeared on Jeopardy! about two decades ago (spoiler alert: she lost). She grew up in Northern California and now lives in Tucson, Arizona, with her husband, son, and Venus flytraps.
