Biography

DL.Mitchell is the author of Trust the Terrier: A Coral Shores Veterinary Mystery and a practicing small animal veterinarian. After working in busy hospitals in the Miami, Washington, DC, and Atlanta areas, she opened a veterinary house call practice. On a daily basis, she is inspired by the bond between her clients and their furry family members. Their amusing stories inspire all the true-life cases that are showcased in Trust The Terrier. As an active member of the Atlanta Chapter of Sisters in Crime and the Atlanta Writers Club, she enjoys the support of her wonderful, creative community.
