Nanci M Pattenden is an author of historical crime fiction and currently has six books in the Detective Hodgins series, and the first book of an UF trilogy. She also co-authors the D.E.M.ON. Tales UF series. Her interest in genealogy, local history and love of Victorian murder mysteries have merged to create a new Canadian Victorian murder mystery writer. She is a member of Crime Writers of Canada, Sisters In Crime, and The Writers Community of York Region. Nanci has completed two Creating Writing programs, one at the University of Toronto and another at the University of Calgary.
