Chicago native Lorraine Evanoff received her bachelor's in French from DePaul University. To pay her way through college, Lorraine was a model and actress. Lorraine moved to Paris for seven years, first working as a model/actress and translator for movie subtitles, then she became an award-winning film producer. She returned the U.S. and became a finance executive, first in Silicon Valley during the dot-com era, then back to Hollywood, notably as CFO of National Lampoon.
