Biography

Patricia Curren is the creator of the Kendra Morgan Young Adult mystery series, Clipped!, Corner!, and Crushed! and an adult mystery, Wrongful Death. Her most recent book is a memoir entitled Erickson Tough, My Mother's Story. Curren is always working on improving her writing skills. She has attended many workshops and classes through her present and past membership in the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators; the Arizona Authors Association; Sisters in Crime; and the Society of Southwestern Authors, Valley of the Sun Chapter. Curren finds critique groups have provided the most tangible results in her writing process. She currently facilitates the Scottsdale Scribes writing group.
