Lucy Burdette is the author of the USA Today bestselling Key West Food Critic mystery series, in addition to Unsafe Haven, and The Ingredients of Happiness (Severn House.) Her alter-ego, clinical psychologist Roberta Isleib, has also published the golf lover’s mystery series and the advice column mysteries. A Clue in the Crumbs was awarded the gold medal for popular fiction from the Florida Book Awards 2023. Both A Dish to Die For and The Key Lime Crime won bronze medals for popular fiction from the Florida Book Awards. Lucy’s books and stories have also been shortlisted for Agatha, Anthony, and Macavity awards. She’s a past president of National Sisters in Crime and currently serves as president of the Friends of the Key West Library.
